Acorn Stair Lift Warranty
 The
LIFETIME WARRANTY applies to the gearbox/motor assembly of the stair lift. This is
the heart of the entire unit. It is virtually the only moving part of the
state-of-the-art Acorn Stair
lift.
All other parts/components of the stair lift assembly are covered by a
comprehensive bumper-to-bumper warranty for a period of one (1) year from the date
of receipt.
Acorn's exclusive warranty package is unique in the stair lift industry. Knowing

You can be confident that the Acorn Stair Lift is a quality product with a

Below is a brief overview of the warranty - please contact us for terms and
details.
What the warranty covers
- All and any parts that are defective, because
of faulty manufacture for a period of 12 months from the date of shipping of the
goods
- The stairlift motor and gearbox if defective,
because of faulty manufacture for the period during which you own the stairlift.
What the warranty does not cover
- Damage to parts caused by misuse or neglect of
the equipment
- Consumable items, namely the stairlift
batteries and remote control batteries
- Reasonable wear and tear
- Labor charges
- Damage caused in shipping (unless that damage
is reported to Acorn Stairlifts Inc. by telephone within 24 hours of receipt of
the goods)
Warranty notes
- In no event will the warranty liability exceed
the price paid for the product, from direct, indirect, special, incidental or
consequential damages resulting from the use of the product or any accompanying
documentation
- Masters of Mobility can not offer refunds for
any stairlift
- Masters of Mobility reserves the right to
repair or replace equipment at its discretion
